A significant share of our work comes through designers and architects. We understand what that relationship requires: drawings reviewed quickly, specifications honored, schedules respected, and communication clear enough that you never have to chase us down. We are easy to work with because we know that when a designer recommends us, their reputation is on the line too.
How We Work With You
Every trade partnership begins the same way. You share the project specs, we review them and respond within the week with questions, clarifications, and a quote. Once we are aligned on scope and design, we produce a rendering before any material is committed, so your client sees the piece before we cut a board. From there, construction follows a clear timeline, and installation happens on the date we agreed to.
If anything changes on your end, tell us. We adjust. What we do not do is go silent, miss a deadline without notice, or deliver something different from what was specified.
Pricing for Trade Partners
We price trade work at wholesale. You establish your own markup and manage the client relationship on pricing. We do not discuss our trade pricing with homeowners, and we do not take on referral clients directly when a designer has brought the project to us.

One Thing That Might Surprise You
I spent eight years as a mortgage originator and broker in Athens before starting this shop. When your clients stall on a project because they are not sure how to pay for it, I can help them think through their options. Cash-out refinancing, HELOCs, renovation loans, construction draws. I know the landscape, and I have contacts with lenders who work on projects like this regularly. This is a resource I am glad to offer to clients you refer, at no charge and with no strings. If it helps your client move forward, it helps the project move forward.
